Description:

In this animated comedy, Goofy starts a fitness journey after seeing an appealing magazine ad. He orders a bodybuilding course, hoping to become strong and muscular. Instead, his attempts at working out lead to a series of funny accidents. A fly on the barbell sends him plummeting through his apartment building. His chin-up bar keeps collapsing, and a rubber-band exercise device causes another crash. The film follows Goofy's determined efforts to keep going despite these comical setbacks.
