Dynamite Jack (1961)

In the Arizona desert, Antoine Espérandieu, a young Frenchman searching for a new beginning, arrives in Windows Canyon. His plans are disrupted by the death of the person he was meant to meet, and he’s further complicated when he strikingly resembles Dynamite Jack, the town's infamous outlaw. Appointed tax collector, Antoine struggles to establish himself while living in the shadow of the man he looks like. The film quietly explores how appearances and proximity can distort reality in a place where opportunity and danger coexist.
