Description:
Banks is a highly skilled hit man, typically employed by Latin American drug cartels. He takes on lonely women, uses them for a short time to complete a job, and then murders them. While traveling through the Southwest toward Mexico, he picks up Bennie, a woman escaping an abusive marriage and heading to Paradise, Arizona. The story follows three storylines: Banks's gradual manipulation of Bennie, the planning of a hit at a luxurious resort in Mexico, and the FBI's relentless pursuit of Banks, hoping to get him to betray his employers. Bennie may have hidden motives, and Banks might be more vulnerable than he appears. Guns, money, and the promise of a new life in Paradise await.
