Description:

Tommy, a young sailor, arrives in a rough part of New York City and tries to stay out of trouble while awaiting his next job. He's surrounded by violence from a powerful local gang called the Souls. But despite trying to avoid conflict, Tommy gets caught up in a fight against them. This unexpectedly changes the way the gang sees life, and inspires hope in the community, which had long lived in fear. It’s a story about courage, determination, and how people can come together to overcome difficult odds.
