Description:
In a society obsessed with wealth, the Novák and Bartáček families are driven by an insatiable desire for money, willing to do anything to get it. The Nováks, headed by a cunning couple, devise a complex scheme to swindle every other Novák in the country. Simultaneously, the Bartáčeks feign poverty to gain financial support from a rich American relative. As these two schemes progress, they clash, creating a tangled mess of lies, mayhem, and unforeseen outcomes for both families. This sharp black comedy satirizes greed, manipulation, and the absurd lengths people will go to ensure their financial well-being.
