Description:

Anthropology professor Robert Orwell Sutwell studies teenage surf culture, focusing on their attitudes toward sex, with help from his secretary Marianne. He becomes immersed in a world where surfing teens, led by Frankie and Dee Dee, value music, rivalries with motorcycle gangs headed by Eric Von Zipper, and dancing.
