Available Light (2025)

The film explores ideas of home and belonging in modern cities. It combines interviews with people working at the Edo Tokyo Open Air Architecture Museum in Tokyo with conversations between renters in Tokyo and London. This creates a contrast between the museum's idealized view of domestic life and the difficult experiences of those living in temporary housing. The film uses unique sound design, impressionistic visuals, and abstract imagery to create a moving, dreamlike look at residential instability.
