Description:
Young film student Ralf Paeschke documents the lives of six women working at a local lamp factory. He introduces us to Susie, a bold worker; Kerstin, known for her playful nature; Anita, who quietly struggles with loneliness; Ella, fiercely independent and single; Gertrud, reserved and thoughtful; and the factory's strict forewoman. When Kerstin is accused of theft, tensions rise within the factory. Ralf’s documentary becomes a way to seek the truth and explore the complicated relationships between these women as they face workplace pressures, friendship, and the fight for justice. It offers an intimate look at their lives.
