This is actually a gem. I recalled in 2006 there is a series entitled Heroes. Now this number pretty much like that series but of course this is not international like Heroes but more confine to Korean land.
Starting from kids and they grown up with super power.
To add a more down to earth effect there are normal underdog civilians that obtain the power by accident. This is where the story branch out and the source of comedy moments. All in all its a great watch
and enjoyable while at it.
