If you’ve ever had conceptions about films being dumped in theaters in January because they’re not worthy of being released any other time of the year, then 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple easily shatters or redefines them. After watching Noah (2014), I am really excited about movies telling the stories from the Bible from a more creative point of view. But this was really disappointing. I loved movies like Stargate (1994) there are the facts like the Pyramids were built and there are hieroglyphs that tell how long it took but we to this day don't know how they built them, we can't do that with our advanced technology. So I love how sci-fi fills in the blanks, and I wish other films would be that creative with the other stories not stick to traditional interpritations like this movie did. Really disappointing!…

Was great fun watching Johnny Depp again but this story while interesting was really disappointing. Found the ending out of character for Hercule Poirot although it was a great moral question for the audience so I understand what the writer was trying to do. Seeing the similarity between Sherlock Holmes I find these stories far too simplistic. Although the Englishman always chasing after his arch enemy is tiresome!…

Boring temple. Half the movie isn't the guy they talk about. He's cool. The kid is cool. The mom is cool. Why do I have to watch the rest? Would have rather the focus been on resolving whatever situation with the guy they stole the baby from. Could have been better and shorter.…
